Cancellations
Cancellations affect our business significantly as we have to turn away other customers to hold your reservation. As most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a reservation at late notice, and for this reason our policy is strictly adhered to.
- Cancellations received more than 30 days before commencement of the reservation will receive an 80% refund. We still have to pay commission.
- Cancellation received within 30 – 8 days of commencement of the reservation will be charged 50% of the total booking.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of commencement of the reservation will be charged 100% of the total booking.
- We recommend travel insurance.
Bookings and Payment
- All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.
- A deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at departure.
- Minimum Stay: 2 nights
