- Cancellation over 90 days before arrival – full refund
- Cancellation 30 to 90 days before arrival – 80% refund
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival – no refund is entitled
Cancellations affect our business significantly as we have to turn away other customers to hold your reservation. As most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a reservation at late notice, and for this reason our policy is strictly adhered to.
